This gorgeous Great Smoky Mountains elopement was nothing short of magical! Sierrah and Daniel decided to elope in Cades Cove and the setting was just drop dead gorgeous. Eloping in the fall is definitely something I recommend all future brides to consider. The rustic fall foliage made me feel like I was living straight out of a movie. It added such a warm and romantically nostalgic element to the photos. I mean seriously, just look at how dreamy they turned out! If you’re looking for the perfect location to say your “I do’s” in the fall, Cades Cove in Gatlinburg, Tennessee is definitely the way to go.

Intimate Great Smoky Mountains Elopement at the Lequire Cemetery Overlook

Sierrah and Daniel were strangers when I first got there, but we became friends by the end! They were so much fun to photograph and their personalities totally compliment each other. We had time for a lot of photos and ended up getting such a wide variety with all the different backdrops Cades Cove has to offer! You can choose from a few different spots in the park, but we took our photos specifically at the Lequire Cemetery Overlook. This spot is definitely one of my favorites! Their intimate elopement was during sunset and it was so perfect. The warm sunlight hit the fall foliage just right and really brought out the orange and red hues even in the mountains around us.
