Destination Elopement in Toccoa Falls, North Georgia

Toccoa Falls in North Georgia was the perfect setting for Era and Bryan Hudson’s destination elopement. They decided to hop in their car and celebrate their love under a streaming waterfall, and it was SO romantic! It was just the two of them with my hubby, Garrett, and I capturing photo and video. Only a handful of people knew about their decision to elope! The scenery surrounding us was so breathtaking. Toccoa Falls is just gorgeous! We were able to capture some truly intimate moments between Era and Bryan, and I’m so happy with how the photos turned out!

Intimate Destination Elopement in the Mountains

Era is actually a photographer in my area, too! She messaged me one night saying she wanted to elope, so we helped her plan a secret one for her and her fiance. They were expecting their little girl later in 2023 and just wanted a super intimate elopement in the mountains. It was in January, so it was chilly and the waterfall was so stunning! They got ready together at their airbnb and did a first look at this lake we saw driving into their airbnb that was actually by a high school. We even saw some cute ducks as we were standing on the docks, it was so pretty! As a photographer, you’re always on the lookout for locations and I’m so happy that we found this perfect spot.
