Planning the perfect Charleston proposal is always an exciting adventure, and this one was no exception! Austin reached out to me in December 2023 with the sweetest idea. His family and his high school sweetheart were coming to South Carolina, and he wanted everything to be just right for this special moment. The love and thoughtfulness he poured into planning this proposal were SO heartwarming! Isle of Palms was the perfect romantic backdrop for Austin and Kendyll to celebrate this big milestone in their lives. It was such an honor and joy to witness and capture the magic of their engagement. Let’s dive into how we turned Austin’s dream into a beautiful reality!

Gorgeous Beach Details to Highlight the Moment

We meticulously planned the night, and despite the wind, the rain held off for us! Kendyll was totally surprised and over the moon with happiness! As she walked along the beach, she thought someone else was getting engaged, only to realize it was HER special moment—best surprise ever, haha! We decked out the beach with gorgeous florals and had champagne ready to pop in celebration. After the proposal, we headed back to their condo across the street, where Austin had hired a decorator and planned an amazing party for her and their family.

It was a night filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories! The photos turned out absolutely precious, and I love that Austin and Kendyll now have a time capsule of memories to look back on, bringing them right back to the moment when Austin got on one knee and popped the big question! Spoiler alert: she said yes!
