Do you ever have those moments where everything just clicks? That’s exactly what Cassidee and Brodie’s beach engagement pictures felt like. They’re originally from Utah but recently moved to the Orlando area, and somehow they stumbled across my work and reached out. The funniest part? We found out during their session that Brodie actually works with my cousin! What are the odds?! It immediately felt like we’d known each other forever, and by the end, we were laughing, chatting, and just soaking up the warm Florida weather by the beach. These two are seriously some of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever met.

Why Cocoa Beach Will Always Have My Heart

We had tossed around a few ideas for their beach engagement pictures (maybe somewhere around Daytona) but ultimately decided to head a little farther down to Cocoa Beach, and oh my goodness, it was perfect. The prettiest little park tucked near the water, soft sand dunes, that dreamy golden light… literally everything you could want for a Florida engagement session. The weather was amazing, the beach wasn’t crowded, and it just felt so relaxed and easy — exactly what I love for Cocoa Beach engagement pictures.

Cassidee and Brodie had never really taken photos together before, but you would never know it. They were so natural, so playful, and had the sweetest chemistry. I gave them a little direction here and there, but honestly, I just let them be themselves — laughing, dancing, and soaking in the moment.
