Darby and Drew had the most stunning intimate 30A Wedding in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. From the beginning of their wedding planning, they knew they wanted something very small and intentional! They rented this STUNNING Airbnb that was just a block from the beach access and had a gorgeous rooftop. Darby has amazing taste, so the rooftop was set up with white florals and clear chairs and I was obsessed. It was so calm and truly one of the best wedding experiences we have been involved in! They included only their immediate family and held a sweet dinner afterwards.

A Moment For The Details

I help create timelines for all of my wedding couples and I LOVE to help! For Darby and Drew, we made a rough outline and knew it was so intimate and relaxed we really went with the flow on the day of! My husband and I got to their gorgeous airbnb and started photographing details! Details are some of my favorite photos to take, they truly help tell your wedding day story. My husband was shooting on film, Super8mm video, and our polaroid camera! I LOVE being able to offer so many forms of memories – I cannot wait to get their film photos back.

A Dreamy Rooftop Ceremony

Around 2pm we got ready to head up to the rooftop of their airbnb for their wedding ceremony! We were all SO happy because the weather was amazing. It was saying it was going to rain for the entire week – but the sun really showed up for us! Drew’s grandfather was their officiant and it was the sweetest ceremony and so personal. In my opinion, who you choose as an officiant is so important. If you can have someone who you’re close to and knows you well do your wedding ceremony, do it! It’s so much more special this way.

Couple Portraits | 30A Wedding

After their ceremony, we did some family photos and then adventured to the rooftop again for couples portraits! It was the most beautiful day and the sun was just beaming and perfect. After portraits, they enjoyed dinner and cake and I convinced them to head down to the beach at sunset for the most glowy, gorgeous beach photos! I am so so excited to share these!
