I LOVE elopements! Especially when they’re on a beach. Folly Beach definitely makes for one of the most perfect locations for a beach elopement in South Carolina! There’s something so special about capturing a couple’s special day while being amongst the ocean and the beautiful glittery sand. Styling this beach elopement in Charleston was really special to me because this is where I used to live! So, this area has an extra wholesome place in my heart and I absolutely love it when I get to shoot here! Referred to as “the edge of America,” Folly Beach has such an eclectic feel and is the perfect place to capture your elopement in South Carolina.

I absolutely ADORE these intimate moments that you can capture between the couple during an elopement. We managed to capture a ton of images in the glowing sunlight of golden hour. This really gives the photos that extra special feel. I decided to get some shots of the cake and champagne popping which turned out to be so fun! Working with this couple was so dreamy and such a relaxed experience. They took on board everything I suggested and really went along with the vision I had for this intimate elopement! They were such a blast to hang out with and really helped create the type of atmosphere I strive for with every single session and couple.
